I checked (source 2) However, the only information they have is his birth date.
I have not been able to find anything else on him. So at this point in time I can neither confirm or deny his children.
However, if you read page 44 of the Shinn book, the last line of the of the first paragraph it States: "John Shinn SR. the head of the family in America."
This leaves me to believe that the lineage is not correct for Francis Shinn of 1567.
As John Shinn SR. is the 4th male child of Clement Shinn of 1593. John being the ony one to hold the title of SR. until his death in 1640 when it was passed to his son John Shinn JR.
