for wife Rachel. Provides for education of children mentioning Thomas
and gives them the land I now live on. To daughter Mary £300 at 18.
Executors: Brother Stephen and friend John Templeton. Letters to Rachel
Hubbert, the executors named having renounced. Witnesses: James Hunter,
John Blatchford, John Rees. * Rachel was daughter of Joseph Phipps,
and married 2nd Owen Aston. They kept the White Horse Tavern.
Thomas married Hannah PHIPPS
[410] [MRIN: 368], daughter of Joseph PHIPPS III [176] and Elisabeth
[178], before 1761. (Hannah PHIPPS [410] was born in 1734 in Chester
Co, PA and died after 1771.)
